On June 16, 2023, ACNTRUCK welcomed a client from Mexico. We picked the client up and had dinner together after confirming the schedule. We organized all the relevant documents from our previous discussions. We prepared our company introduction PPT and product brochures.
They’re a trading company. The client speaks Chinese very well. The person I contacted first is a purchaser. When I was chatting with the purchaser, I got news from him. His director is on a business trip in China. So I suggested his director to visit our company and talk about the details. So the director bought a plane ticket to Shanghai. Before the director's visit, we conducted background research on the director and arranged for the company's vehicle to pick up the director from the airport. We arranged the dinner first. And then with the help of my colleague Lylia, we prepared tea and a flag for the client and presented our presentation to introduce the company and products. We elaborated on the brand and export advantages and provided detailed product information and parameters. In addition, the director was taken on a tour of the company, and a group photo was taken as a memento. We introduced the company to the director, showed the exporting cases of our company to Mexico and the photos of other clients' visits, and then the director bargained with us. And finally, we have reached an agreement. After the meeting, the director asked us to make PI. Since the director had to catch a flight to Mexico the next morning, we took a taxi to the hotel for the director after the meeting.
During this visit, we got to know more about each other and recognized the possibility of working together in the future. We look forward to our first cooperation eagerly. I will get the consignee information to make PI as soon as possible follow the process of the payment and confirm the next order.
