Recently, ZTE210, a 100-ton
electric drive mining dump truck independently developed by ZOOMLION, was
officially delivered to overseas customers in extremely cold mining areas,
marking the first time that the product was exported and successfully passed the
acceptance of extreme working conditions. This not only highlights the hardcore
strength of China's high-end mining equipment but also marks another solid
step for ZOOMLION in the global high-end mining equipment market.
The customer is a long-term partner of ZOOMLION,
who has purchased excavator products many times and verified their
excellent stability in the -45°C cold environment in the actual application.
The customer highly evaluated the reliability of ZOOMLION's equipment and the
efficiency of its after-sales service response, and on this basis, it purchased
for the first time oversized tonnage mining equipment, including ZTE210, to
further deepen the cooperation between the two sides in the field of high-end equipment.
ZTE210, as ZOOMLION's fully localized heavyweight
mining dump truck, is positioned as the core transport equipment for 100-ton
open-pit mines, and its key performance parameters have achieved a number of
technological breakthroughs. The whole truck adopts the third generation of
AC-DC-AC electric drive system, which increases the traction capacity by 10%
compared with the traditional DC system; it is equipped with
electronically-controlled V12 engine, with an output power of 1,450 hp, a
maximum speed of 51 km/h, excellent hill-climbing performance, and an increase
in transportation efficiency of about 10%. It has the strongest power among
mining trucks of the same tonnage and superior comprehensive performance.
In order to cope with the demands of extremely cold
mining areas, the ZTE210 delivered this time has been upgraded with
system-level adaptability: the whole vehicle oil-liquid system is equipped with
preheating and heat preservation devices, the cab is retrofitted with a
high-efficiency heating system, and the structural parts, hoses, seals, tires,
and other core components are all customized and developed, so as to ensure the
stable starting of the vehicle and continuous operation at low temperatures.
In addition, ZTE210 and ZOOMLION's ZE2000G mining
excavator will form a “golden excavator-truck combination”, realizing
high-efficiency cooperative operation and providing a solid guarantee for
customers' mine operation efficiency and production capacity enhancement.
