In order to enrich the cultural life of
employees and enhance team cohesion, recently, ACNTRUCK organized a three-day
trip to explore Fuzhou culture and islands. The trip integrates history and
humanity and coastal scenery, so that everyone in the relaxation of the body
and mind at the same time, more deeply feel the unique charm of the land of
eight Fujian.
After arriving in Fuzhou, everyone went
into the Three Square and Seven Alleys, known as “the living fossil of Min
culture”, and wandered between the ancient houses and stone alleys, tracing the
traces of history. They visited Yan Fu's former residence to understand how the
“first man of Western learning” started the road of enlightenment of modern
Chinese thinking, and also felt the national hero's family and national
sentiments in Lin Zexu Memorial Hall. Many colleagues said that being there in
person is far more touching than what is written in books.
In the afternoon, the team strolled to the
old commercial town of Fuzhou - Shangshanghang neighborhood, commonly known as
“Shuanghang”. The prosperity of the Minjiang River waterway in the past and the
tranquility of today's streets and alleys are intertwined, and the old stores
and old mansions still have the marks of the years, which is a unique flavor. Colleagues
tasted local snacks on the street, or stopped to read in the specialty
bookstore, immersed in the strong flavor of Min Du.
Early the next morning, the group set off
to the East Sea Wonderland, a wondrous scenic spot located on the coast of the East
China Sea in Fuzhou. There are jagged rocks and walls facing the sea, and a
47-meter deep “Immortal Well” is so imposing that seawater rushes out from the
bottom of the well, with white waves tossing and turning, like a dragon coming
out of the sea. In the face of this natural artifice of creation, we can not
help but marvel, have taken pictures.
Afterwards, we drove to Pingtan Island, the
easternmost island of Fujian, to visit the wind farms and natural beaches of
Changjiang O. Dozens of windmills rotated in the wind. Dozens of windmills
rotate with the wind, forming a dynamic picture with the blue sky and blue sea.
The beach is delicate and the reefs are jagged, so we listened to the sound of
the waves, picked up shells and played in the water, enjoying the baptism of
the sea breeze and the sunshine to the fullest.
The most unforgettable experience was the
beach driving experience in the afternoon. Led by the fishermen, everyone
rolled up their pants legs, picked up tools, and caught fish and shrimp, dug
clams, and picked up shells in the shoal. Colleagues who tried for the first
time were excited and sighed that there are so many ways to catch the sea! This
session allowed the staff, who were usually focused on work, to release their
natural instincts and have a good laugh.
The last stop was the Monkey Research
Island with its marvelous scenery. This island is located in the southeastern
frontier, only a stone's throw away from Taiwan. The island is lined with
strange rocks and the sea winds are hunting. Ascending high and looking far
away, in front of us is the magnificent scenery of the vast and boundless blue
sea and the horizon intersection. At this moment, many employees calm down, let
the sea breeze blowing, the soul in this moment has been truly purified.
Through this trip to Fuzhou, ACNTRUCK staff
not only deeply appreciated the profoundness of the culture of Fujian, but also
experienced the beautiful time of harmonious coexistence between human and
nature. Everyone said that such a trip not only relaxes the body and mind, but
also draws the distance between each other, and injects new vitality and
temperature for the team. We believe that in the future work, we will work
together in a higher state to create a more brilliant tomorrow for ACNTRUCK!
