Under Russia's Program No. 823, launched to support the local food equipment and specialized machinery manufacturing industry, 80 manufacturers have been included in the program and are offering their products at discounted prices. Among them, 28 manufacturers specializing in construction machinery, such as excavators and other products, will benefit from subsidies of up to 30%.
In 2025, the selection of manufacturers of specialized machinery and equipment for Program No. 823 has been successfully concluded with the signing of subsidy agreements with the 80 manufacturers mentioned above.
In order to promote the further implementation of the program, the budget of the Russian Federation has allocated 12 billion rubles for Program No. 823 in 2025, which is 2.5 times more than the amount allocated for 2024.
Thanks to this generous financial support, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade was able to secure the sale of about 55,000 units of specialized machinery and equipment under more favorable conditions, which is much more than the 19,800 units of the same period last year.
A total of 52 manufacturers in the field of machine building for the food and processing industries stood out and were successfully selected for the program. It is predicted that the total demand for this type of equipment in 2025 will reach about 4.2 billion rubles, and the program will provide buyers with discounts of about 15%.
In addition, in terms of specialized machinery, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade has signed subsidy agreements with 28 manufacturers of self-propelled construction, road and utility machinery. in 2025, the total amount of subsidies for this type of machinery amounts to 7.8 billion rubles.
In order to further support the development of domestic manufacturers of excavators and backhoe loaders, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade has specifically offered discounted subsidies of up to 30% for such products from 2025, highlighting the country's firm support for the local manufacturing industry.
