On the first day, I accompanied the client to Xuzhou to visit and inspect the machine. In Xuzhou, I introduced the performance, characteristics and use of the machine to the customer in detail, and patiently answered the various questions raised by the client. Through field visits, client have a deeper understanding of our products and establish a preliminary trust relationship.
After that, we returned to Shanghai together and immediately communicated with the company about the payment method. I introduced the advantages and disadvantages of various payment methods in detail, and put forward appropriate suggestions according to the actual situation of client. After full discussion and negotiation, we finally determined the appropriate payment plan, which laid a solid foundation for the subsequent cooperation.
The next morning, I accompanied the client to the bank to withdraw money procedures, and successfully received the deposit. This step marks the official opening of the cooperation between the two parties and also strengthens the confidence of our client in our company. At noon, we visited the Bund together, enjoyed the beautiful scenery on both sides of the Huangpu River, and felt the unique charm of Shanghai.
In the afternoon, I personally took the client to the airport and checked him in. On the occasion of parting, I once again express my thanks and best wishes to our client and look forward to more cooperation opportunities in the future.
