Clients in April for the first time to send a message asking for information about the car crane. We quickly responded and provided a
variety of quotations, but at that time did not immediately close the deal.
However, we did not give up, during the period, to keep in close
contact with clients, share industry trends, and answer questions.
As time went by, in June, the clients clearly expressed their preference for the XCMG brand and planned to visit us in July. We were
looking forward to this and started to prepare for the reception. On 5th July,
the clients arrived as promised. We first arranged a two-day tour to Shanghai,
so that the clients could experience the culture and flavour of China in a
relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Afterwards, on July 8, we accompanied the clients to visit XCMG factory, and witnessed every link from the production to the assembly
of car cranes, the clients gave high praise to the product quality and technical
strength of XCMG.
On July 12, the clients came to our company and had an
in-depth discussion on the details of the order. With the professional assistance
of our senior sister, we successfully solved all the problems raised by the client
and reached a preliminary cooperation intention. On 13th July, we reluctantly
sent the clienst to the airport, ending this pleasant cooperation trip. Although
the meeting was short, we have established a deep friendship and trust. We are
looking forward to continue to maintain close cooperation with this client in
the coming days and create more brilliant performance together.
