Recently, SANY SY870H Large Tonnage Excavator went into operation in China's largest opencast mine — Pingshuo Antaibao Opencast Mine.
Antaibao Opencast Mine covers an area of 376 square kilometers, with about 12.6 billion tons of geological reserves. At present, the proved reserves can be mined for another 200 years based on 100 million tons per year.
In 2020, with the development of 87 ton, 98 ton and 125 ton super large excavators, SANY completed the full model coverage for 1.6 tons to 200 tons excavators. SY870H integrates Sany's product advantages of high efficiency, low fuel consumption and great digging power, mainly meets the market demand for 80-90 ton excavator and bucket, and specializes in mine working conditions. It uses 5.0/5.4m³ large capacity bucket and power increasing control in heavy load operation, with digging force increasing by 10% compared with competitive products.
SY870H has been highly concerned by the industry. The entry of SY870H Pro into Antaibao Opencast Mine not only represents that SANY large excavator is recognized by the customer, but means that Chinese brands realize the replacing of imported products again.
