On August 20th, the Lighthouse Factory of SANY (Chongqing) Industrial Park delivered its first unit of SY375H excavator, entering a new stage of development.
SANY (Chongqing) Industrial Park project was signed on July 1st, 2020 and officially started in September of the same year. The main project took only five months to create "Chongqing speed" with "SANY efficiency".
At present, this production line uses over 100 robots, with more than ten processes including loading and unloading, sorting, forming, welding and spraying. The overall automation productivity is nearly 80%, and a large excavator can go off the assembly line within 17 minutes.
According to SANY, through the intelligent and digital upgrading of the production line, it will further improve the product quality and provide customers with more high-quality construction machinery and equipment. In the future, with an annual output of 28,000 units, this production line will help SANY continually fight on.
Amid warm applause, the customers took over the golden key of the equipment.
