Wangdao 435 uses a power combination of SANY DEUTZ D12 engine, Fast transmission and HANDE axle. The engine provides five-year unlimited-mileage warranty. At the same time, it is equipped with central control high-definition large screen, WiFi, intelligent gear reminder, constant speed cruise, multi-functional air shock absorption seat, etc.
In June 2019, SANY established a joint venture company with German DEUTZ Engine—SANY DEUTZ. DEUTZ, founded in Germany in 1864, is the manufacturer of the world’s first internal combustion engine and the first engine manufacturer passing Euro 5 Emission Standard.
In September of the same year, SANY Zhilian heavy truck project and DEUTZ engine project started. The industrial park where the project is located is the first park completely based on digital and intelligent technology in SANY. The park can realize the scale production of 300,000 Zhilian heavy trucks, 600,000 diesel engines and other core industrial chains and a new generation of construction machinery.
At present, the first SANY DEUTZ D12 engine intelligent production line in Changsha is under construction. It is expected that the commissioning will be carried out in September, with an annual production capacity of 60,000 units.
